Textile machinery is all kinds of mechanical equipment needed to process natural fiber or chemical fiber into textiles. Although the machinery for producing chemical fibers includes various chemical machinery, it is now considered an extension of textile machinery and belongs to the broad category of textile machinery. The processes required to process different fibers such as cotton, linen, silk, and wool into textiles vary, some of which are completely different, resulting in a wide variety of machines required. ZY8100 double-width folding-in air-jet loom adopts a solid and reliable box design, which makes the loom more stable and reduces vibration during weaving. The six-link beating-up adopts a solid beating-up shaft, which provides convenience for weaving rich and diverse complex varieties. The electrical control main board adopts 64-bit high-speed CPU, which controls the solenoid valve with high accuracy and high transmission speed, reduces the lag angle of nozzle injection and improves the response speed, in order to achieve a reduction in gas consumption; the use of electronic control pneumatic folding device (I. e. no burr, no scrap). The main weaving direction is light edge, double pure cotton cloth.
