Main Features
The ZY-R series Korean velvet air-jet looms feature a box-type wall panel structure with a rational design and exceptional stability. Equipped with a multi-support, counterweight-balanced beating-up system, these looms utilize high-end brand components for nozzles, electronic controls, and heddle frames, ensuring enhanced stability even during high-speed operation. This setup is particularly advantageous for producing high-count, tightly woven velvet fabrics. Additionally, the looms are fitted with high-speed responsive imported solenoid valves and an optimized air circuit control system, incorporating the most advanced fixed main nozzle combined with oscillating main nozzles and auxiliary nozzles for high-speed weft insertion—resulting in significant gas savings. Complementing this advanced technology is the state-of-the-art Nanjing Bainna electronic control system, featuring user-friendly designs such as electronic warp feeding and electronic take-up mechanisms, making production processes simpler and more efficient. For shedding, the looms employ the Hamada 2871 bottom-mounted 16-shaft multi-arm device, renowned for its stable performance. This not only simplifies production but also expands the variety of fabrics that can be woven, enhancing versatility. Furthermore, the loom’s optimized back beam design ensures smoother operation and greater stability. Its versatile configuration allows the machine to accommodate a wide range of raw materials, significantly broadening the scope of fabrics that can be produced.

Textile machinery refers to the various types of equipment required to process natural or chemical fibers into textile products. Although machinery used in the production of chemical fibers encompasses a range of specialized chemical engineering equipment, it is now regarded as an extension of textile machinery, falling under the broader category of textile machinery. The processes involved in transforming different fibers—such as cotton, linen, silk, and wool—into finished textiles vary significantly, with some processes being entirely distinct. Consequently, the corresponding machinery needed is highly diverse and extensive in variety.
