The textile machine accessories collection includes a variety of old style shuttle loom accessories, including accessories for winding, let-off, shuttle changing, stop, switch and other devices of the textile machine. The new shuttleless looms (air jet, water jet, large rapier) use electronic take-up, electronic let-off, and other devices, while the mechanical design adopted by the old shuttleless looms is easy to maintain.
According to the type of textile machine, the textile motor base can be divided into 1511, 1515, GA615 models, and GA74 series rapier machines. The main textile motors used are 0.6KW, 0.8KW, 1.1KW, and 1.5KW. The motor base is suspended and installed on the outside of the machine switch side wall panel.
The reed cap is fixed at both ends of the weaving machine's reed, with 4 reeds per reed used to protect the framework of the textile machine's reed. This corresponds to the reed stop, which is 6mm wide for shuttle machines and 4mm wide for rapier machines (aluminum alloy reeds).
The warp shaft pressing plate belongs to the let-off accessory of textile machines, suitable for use on various shuttle looms and small rapier machines, and is a universal accessory.
The key shuttle component of textile machinery - the shuttle rotor, according to the different models used, is usually used with F11 and GA615 models.
